Can't resist to jump from Vcafe in this topic. I believe R.S. 112 event was the attempt by Prince Prisadanka and several civil sevants to send the letter about democratic refoming to King Chulalongkorn.
R.S. 130 was the attempt to change from absolute monarchy to republic which was failed because the plot to assasinate King Vachiravudth caused some of the members to defect and report the plan to Prince Chakapong. Most of the members were found guilty and sentenced to death, but King Vachiravudth gave reduction in sentence to life in prison and later reduction in sentence gave the R.S.130 members free after 22 years in jail.
Leng Srichandra was an army captain in medic corp. After released from prison (a couple years before B.E. 2475 revolution), members of R.S. 130 rebel had not participated in the ongoing attempt of 2475 revolution except providing the planning of 2475 revolution the lesson to avoid the failure from R.S. 130 rebel:
1. The attempt to change from absolute monarchy to constutitioned monarchy. No attempt to threaten monarchy instutition (choose the day that King Prachathipok was on vacation in Klaikangvon palace).
2. Limit contact to 3-person rings and only three heads (army, navy and civilian) knew all members. Too many people knew about the plan in R.S. 130 rebel.
3. Held hostage of key military commanders (especially Prince Boripatra) instead of held hostage or assasinated the King.
4. Release news of fake attempt to be on 6 April 2475, celebration of 150 years Ratanagosintra and the open of King Buddhayodfa monument and the bridge across Chao Phraya river.
Some of these informations I remember to read from 'Taharn Rea Pativat' (Navy in Revolution (and Coup 'd etat)) by NayHonhouy (pseudonym).
