I am now studying at KTH-Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, in MSc of System-on-Chip Design. My studies is mainly focused on the chip design (Microelectronics). There are several international programs at KTH. There is no tuition fee if you want to study in Sweden.

This Institute is the largest technical university in Sweden. I think the university is offering almost every field of sciences and applied sciences. Please do not hesitate to ask me if you have some questions.
