ขอรบกวนเรียนถาม อ.เทาชมพู หรือท่านผู้รู้ท่านอื่น ๆ ค่ะว่า ในอดีตทำไมจึงเรียนทูตไทยประจำกรุงลอนดอนว่า  ประจำราชสำนักเซ็นต์เจมส์  แต่ปัจจุบันไม่ได้เรียกแล้ว  มีความเป็นมาอย่างไรคะ
